#srchafreen #CraniumGL 🌷: she (becky) was crying, and usually, we handle things ourselves first. like when something’s hard to let out, we just know what to do. but this time, she kept crying, so i went over, hugged her, and said, ‘it’s okay, just take it out.’ i turned her face toward the wall and rubbed her back. it’s a technique i’ve learned from the people i’ve studied with. they teach you to breathe deeply, exhale, then breathe in again, and forcefully exhale towards the wall. it’s like being in a corner, letting it all out, and it helped her feel better slowly.
