Interesting video by تلفزيون سوريا showing what the Russians left in Kheimimim after the agreement with #Damascus. 4 warplanes are visible in the hangars. 2-3 helicopters can be spotted in the helicopter area. 3 other aircraft are visible, incl. an IL-76 (heavy airlift) & an An-72 (transport plane). Rest of the facility is mostly empty. Last month, an agreement was signed between Damascus & Moscow to hand over to Damascus all civilian facilities that were under Russian control. It includes #Latakia International Airport, which was incorporated into the Russian Airbase in Summer 2015, with the control tower, the terminal & the runway that was previously used by Russians. The remaining military facilities will be used by Russia to train the Syrian Army.

#Damascus International Fair also features a section dedicated to Saydnaya prison. A cell was reconstructed using genuine belongings, while cell doors were brought directly from the prison. Several torture instruments are also on display. Last year, the White Helmets were represented, highlighting their work - incl. when they came under direct attack (see below).
