#Dhanush Recent: "When i was studying, I'm bad in English, but fluent in Tamil. It got changed now. 8/10 them don't know how to read & write Tamil but they are very good in English. I did a French film, when i was shooting, they asked me if I know English, i said 'Yes I know', they were surprised. They said English is bonus, we need to know mother tongue. It's not pride to say that you don't know Tamil, it's a shame👌"

#Dhanush's Latest Speech about Tamil: • When I was studying, I didn't know English very well. Now, it's the opposite. Out of 10 people, 8 don't know how to read or write in Tamil. That's a sad thing. • I worked on a French production in Belgium. They asked me whether I knew English, and I said yes. They were surprised. I asked why, and they said, "You should know your mother tongue, right? English is a bonus, right?" • You should know your mother tongue first. Saying "Tamil varala" isn't something to be proud of. It's actually a shame..
