Today in #FMQs, Malcolm Offord MSP asked Swinney if he welcomed Lady Ross's ruling on the case brought by the "excellent" FWS & ensure that all the public sector conformed to the law to avoid more suits. He also asked that material from activist groups which was contrary to law be withdrawn & cessation of production of such guidance be a condition of funding. Swinney says he believes in the rule of law & all guidance has to adhere to the law (he neglects to acknowledge that it has not to date).
