From quiet traditional kitchens to wider tables, Aatithya by #TataSteelFoundation, in partnership with #IHCL, is giving Samvaad a new expression. An initiative that brings tribal home cooks to larger audiences, it has empowered 440 cooks across 52 tribes in 25 states.​ Amazingly, 80% are women, turning tradition into sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families.
