These are the newborn deaths at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS FT that I was sacked for trying to prevent. No learning, no action to address the risks, and meanwhile more children die. There is no ‘freedom to speak up’ and that costs lives. Our South Asian families are most affected here. #inequalities
