Ces assises bilatérales visent principalement à évaluer le niveau d’exécution des recommandations formulées lors de la précédente session tenue à Kinshasa. Elles s’inscrivent dans la dynamique du renforcement de la coopération entre les deux États dans plusieurs secteurs stratégiques notamment défense et sécurité,santé, politique ainsi la diplomatie et autres. La journée de ce dimanche 10 mai, sera consacrée à la reunion interministérielle pour validation et signature des accords contenu dans le rapports élaborés par les hauts fonctionnaires des deux pays validé et adopté par les secrétaires généraux des deux États.
