This chilling video is from Ramwadi IT park, Pune. This is not the first time the dreaded #koytagang has attacked people violently. At one point in time, people in Pune used to laugh at UP calling the state dirty and crime infested. Today, under Yogi Adityanath, Lucknow is one of the cleanest and safest cities in Bharat, while Pune is a cesspool of violent crime, bad roads, festering garbage dumps and no fear of law enforcement.
