Mom is subbing in for #Littlehands on the couch today! I totally forgot about those bedazzled jeans. I remember seeing a pair of Ron Herman jeans at Fred Segal on Melrose, and of course we didn’t have a quarter of the money it had cost to buy them. So I got it in my head that I could make them myself – which I did, and it took at least 15 hours. The bedazzler kit I got didn’t work so I ended up using needle nose pliers to do it by hand. I would push the metal bracket through the jean from underneath, placing the gemstone on the outer side and bending each bracket prong one by one. A labor of love! Where are those jeans now??
