100 Years of #MohammadRafi 🌸 #ShammiKapoor attended all #Rafi recordings for his songs. Just once he missed it for Aasman Se Aaya (An Evening In Paris). SK was so angry at makers. But when he heard how Rafi had sung it, he was shocked. He said it was exactly how he was going to enact it onscreen! SK & Rafi's collab remains legendary. What's your fav song of the duo? ------ SK once said, "He was my voice. I couldn’t dream of any other singer. Rafi could capture my wildness, my unpredictable dance moves in his voice. It was as if he could penetrate my body and soul."
