Montana Tech football opened spring camp yesterday evening as the Orediggers look to build off a season that saw them go undefeated in the regular season and win a playoff game for the first time in a decade. Also, I've been hooked on the RDR2 soundtrack lately. #mtscores

Montana Tech is looking to defeat an opponent twice in the same season for the third time this campaign. If the Orediggers can accomplish that on Saturday at Bob Green Field, they'll be on to the semifinals for the first time since 1996, when Green was head coach. #mtscores

Was very cool getting to watch MSU football equipment manager Justin Jessop prepare some of the helmets that the Bobcats will wear in honor of Native American Heritage Month when they host UC Davis. Grace will have a feature on these awesome helmets next week! #mtscores

Defensive play of the game for Tech. After watching Carroll reel off 14 points in just over a minute to cut the lead to 24-21, Tyler Kovick gets a free rush and knocks the ball out and it's recovered by Trey Yates to put the Orediggers up by 10 in the fourth quarter. #mtscores

You have to respect the passion of native bball fans in Montana. Lodge Grass fans flock inside Dahlberg Arena at 2:20 pm to get the best seats for the championship at 6:30. Other fans will be critical that all the non-reserved seating will be gone, but they don’t care. #mtscores

Still trying to process the game I watched tonight but the end result is MSU is the national champ for the first time since 1984. If we learned anything from Ravens/Steelers it is that there is no such thing as a gimme field goal. Myles Sansted with the walk-off PAT. #mtscores

Spoke with Tech head coach Kyle Samson about the overwhelming outpouring of support for injured freshman wideout Kellen Klimpel who remains in critical condition in Salt Lake City. "I believe he's going to get through this because he's got so much to fight for." #mtscores
