🚨 #Trump does it again? At the GOP Senators' dinner? It's alarming! Falsehoods repeated become 'truth' for some. That's the danger of Trump's #GERD narrative. Five times in less than two months, he's pushed claims of US funding, that it's 'cutting off' #Nile water, and that it was a major mistake to build it. This isn't some #Egyptian activist or journalist saying this; it's the #US president; which makes the impact significantly higher.. Is it not concerning? This isn't just a misstatement; it's actively amplifying Egyptian false claims & undermining #Ethiopia's incredible self-funded achievement. Something must be done. What should be done?
