I've watched all of zhang linghe's dramas, and I genuinely think this is his best performance to date. this drama is not a perfect one, but it has undoubtedly given zhang linghe the opportunity to showcase his acting range and prove that he's far more than just a "pretty face." from romantic scenes to heavy emotional scenes and also the fighting scenes, he can portray it very well.
