I don’t think I’ll ever bore of this memory popping up on my phone. 9 YEARS bedridden to walking again. Oooph… that was some challenge I tell you. Still only able to do a few steps due to my #POTS and autonomic nervous system not behaving, but my goodness, I feel like I won the lottery ❤️

Update on my friend Beth. She suffers with SEVERE #MCAS & co-morbidities ie #POTS etc Now she been diagnosed with a brain tumour😢💔 I relate SO MUCH with Beth and her conditions, as I suffer from the majority although #SARSCoV2 triggered ALL mine inc 🧠 damage & cysts
