Nurturing the Next Generation Leaders 36th Biennial Battalion Commanders Conference at Madras Regimental Centre, Wellington, presided over by #LtGenManjinderSingh, #ArmyCommander #SaptaShaktiCommand & Colonel of the MADRAS Regiment witnessed the congregation of all the Commanding Officers, Senior Officers,Veterans & Subedar Majors of the Regiment to review the Regimental performance in various spheres and deliberate on contemporary challenges to chart out future trajectory for collective professional growth. Proceedings commenced with paying homage to the bravehearts, followed by Special Sainik Sammelan, felicitation of the achievers for excellence in various fields and exhorting the gathering for upholding the ethos of the regiment. An open-house for veer naris and veterans including felicitation reaffirmed the Regiment's commitment towards their well-being. The Conference saw focused deliberations on policies road map for future development of the regimental matters, harnessing Agniveers, Nurturing junior leadership and other contemporary issues.
