Troopers are enforcing criminal trespass on single adult men & women. On 7/4/23, Texas DPS Drone (UAS) Operators located a smuggler who was guiding groups of illegal immigrants across the Rio Grande River from Mexico into Eagle Pass #ShelbyPark. The DPS Tactical Marine Unit (TMU) responded & arrested the smuggler. Jose Delgado-Zuniga, an illegal immigrant from Mexico faces state criminal charges for smuggling of persons. #OperationLoneStar
