Shocking news coming in from #Meghalaya. Yesterday, in a rally in #Shillong, members of the Khasi Students Union were seen spreading violence. Members of the Khasi Students Union vandalised a statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Members of the Khasi Students Union also targeted and vandalised cars with number plates of other states. This ‘Khasi Students Union’ must be banned. If an organisation can't respect our freedom fighters, then it must be banned. On 19th of August, Khasi Students Union organised a rally named ‘Black Flag Bike rally’ in #Shillong.

During Khasi Students Union KSU protest rally Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose bust vandalised, Swami Vivekananda statue desecrated, common commuter's car with woman, children on board violently attacked. As always Meghalaya Police remained mute spectator! We have been told since decades that Church has imparted education and have civilised violent, head hunter tribals but ground reality is diagonally opposite to that! Wherever there is a Christian majority; terrorism, violence, xenophobia, inter tribal clashes have become part and parcel of daily life! Would Presbyterian Church respond why it failed to "civilize" it's followers? Or Church is promoting ethnic cleansing?
