Residents of Nakh village in Gulran district, Herat province, say that Mawlawi Ghulam Nabi Zazai, who had been appointed as the preacher of the village’s grand mosque by the Taliban’s Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs, was arrested by local people during a sexual encounter.
