For those who don’t know me, my name is April Huggett. I am from #Canada and a junior sergeant in the 93rd Brigade’s Alcatraz Battalion in #Ukraine. I am currently walking from Kyiv to Kramatorsk to raise awareness and funds for my soldiers. Today, I officially crossed the 100 kilometer mark. Now I am looking forward to some much-needed rest while I wait out the worst of the sun and the possible rain. I found shelter beneath a bridge, and while it may have its ups and downs, right now I am simply grateful to have found a safe place to stop. I am feeling optimistic, proud, and ready to keep moving.
