Hon #SupremeCourt #JusticeSanjivKhanna and other concerned MiLords, what is your locus standi in urgent hearing of appeals against #WaqfAmendmentAct ? 1. Our #Constitution starts with “We the people of India” and not we the Justices / Judges of India. We the people of this great country has given upon ourselves our Constitution under drafting Committee Chairman of #DrBabasahebAmbedkar . 2. Democracy means - By the people, of the people and for the people and does not mean “Buy/By the Judges, of the Judges and for the Judge’s.” 3. Hon CJI Sanjeev Khanna who are you and who gave you authority and powers to stay on provisions of #waqfbill2025 passed by both Houses of Parliament after lengthy discussions in both houses by Members of Parliament elected by we the people through Election process. Hon MiLords you are unelected Govt Servants of we the people and you are not rulers & owners of India. 4. Justice Sanjiv Khanna have you and your fellow Justices read #WaqfAmendmentBill as passed by Parliament wherein it is specifically mentioned that there will be no non Muslim members in #WaqfBoard and only 2 nominated non Muslim members in Central #Waqf Council. Hon MiLords without proper and careful reading of #WaqfAct , why Justice Sanjiv Khanna Bench raised unwanted questions and threatened Govt of India and we the people of passing interim order? BTW, how many Hon SC Justices had read and completely understood our great Constitution? 5. Hon SC Bench lead by CJI Sanjiv Khanna is also of non-Muslims. SP leader Azam Khan was made Chief of organising Kumbha Mela and many Xtian people were members TTP - Lord Balaji, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthan. If and when we the people don’t like and are against such sickularism, we had defeated such politicians and their political parties in Elections. But MiLords don’t fight elections & people don’t vote SC and HC Judges. 6. Who gave the authority and power to Hon SC MiLords to restrict/stay/stop implantation of Acts/Laws passed by MPs of both Houses of Parliament? Who gave the Hon SC MiLords to make changes and amend our Constitution? How can 2 Hon SC Judges Bench of #JusticeJBPardiwala make changes and amend our Constitution? 2 Judges Bench of Hon SC had changed Article 200 and Article 201 through their verdict. This was done by 2 Judges Bench and not even by Constitution Bench by setting of time limits on Governors and President of India to decide on Bills passed by State Assembly. 7. How can 2 Judges amend Constitution and put restrictions on President of India and on any Governor of State? Constitution has not given any powers to Supreme Court of India to change Constitution. Constitution had given authority to change our Constitution only to our Parliament. setting of time limit” on Governor by Hon Supreme Court to decide on Bill passed by State Assembly. By setting time limit on Governor, has Hon SupremeCourt encroached in Executive branch jurisdiction to amend Constitution or any Laws passed by Parliament & State Assembly 8. Hon CJI, you will be retiring very soon as a public servant then why so much urgency in hearing of PIL filed by vested interests Congress and radical leftist communist Lawyers lobbies who are always defeated by in Elections? One of Lawyer is known for Bail on Phone, other Lawyer known for sexual exploitations of Women Lawyers in chambers with a false of promise making women Lawyer Judge. Another Lawyer is known as BaisakhiChorChacha for his alleged role in scam of Baisakhi distribution to Divyang. 9. Hon Sanjiv Khanna, what happened to #JusticeYashwantVarma seizure of ₹.15/- to ₹.150/- crores cash from his Delhi residence by Delhi Fire Department? Instead of sacking Justice Yashwant Varma, why Hon SC MiLords formed in-house probe committee and transferred Justice Varma to Allahabad HC . In similar situations & cases common people are immediately arrested their residence are raided by Income Tax,ED and Local police. Please kindly stop all this nonsense.👇
