Hon #SupremeOfIndia #SupremeCourt finally woke up and has taken suo moto cognisance of #WestBengalHorror #justiceformoumitadebnath case : 1. Hon CJI what were you and other Hon SC Judges doing for past 7-10 days after the cruel and brutal #RGKarHospital rape and killing of #JusticeForMoumita happened and whole #Kolkata #RGKarProtest were in street on night and early morning of #IndependenceDay2024 ? 2. Hon SC can open their court rooms late night for terrorists sentenced to death and that too after rejecting their mercy plea by Hon President of India ! Also Hon SC can continue hearing till earlying morning 5-6am for #MaharashtraPolitics and other politicians cases. But then why our Hon SC did not take suo moto cognisance of #DoctorDeath #DoctorsProtest case on night/early morning of 15/8/2024 #IndependenceDayIndia ? 3. Entire nation was helplessly watching the violence by goons at #RGKarHospital #RGKarMedicalCollegeHospital why that time itself Hon SC MiLords did not woke up and took cognisance? Why so much delay in Hon SC taking suo moto cognisance of #KolkataDeathCase 4. How can any Chief Minister of state who is also Home Minister and Health Minister too…do protest drama on Kolkatta streets ? What was that respected CM #MamataMustResign protesting for ? Against whom was Respected CM Madam protesting ? 5. After so much delay and after crime scene had been washed out and compromise what can Central Bureau of Investigation (India) do in this #DoctorDeath case? No offence meant but what will Hon SC now do in this case except for some court room tamasha for TV News channels debates shows? Just look at the massive scale of Constitution break down in #WestBengal and alleged horror stories coming out from Health Department. 6. Hon CJI, should now wake up Govt of India lead by PM Narendra Modi and remind govt that their is Constitutional obligations on govt and also there is something called Articles 354 355 & 356, to deal with complete break down of Law & order in any state more so in #kolkatahorror ? 7. #JusticeForSSR #JusticeForDishaSalian brutal killin cases pending with #CBI for last 3-4 years, why Hon SC never questioned CBI for delay in their probes, when these case was handed over to CBI by Hon SC? Why CBI is delaying its probe and why CBI has not yet filed Chargesheet in #SSR #SushantSinghRajput case? Why SC allowing CBI to sleep over on important and crucial case? 8. #PalgharSadhus were brutally killed and people watched live on TV News channels how they were brutally killed. Even this brutal killing of #Palghar #Sadhu case was transferred to CBI by Hon SC. It has been more then 3-4 years but yet CBI failed to complete its probe and not yet filed charges sheet. Why Hon SC is not making CBI accountable for delay in probe and filing of Chargesheet in above case? 8. Now that Hon SC has taken suo moto cognisance of #KolkataDoctorDeath case, Hon CJI and other Judges on bench must inform nation what difference is their hearing going make in giving justice to #MoumitaDebnath #Moumita where #Bail to criminals is rule for Hon MiLords ? In last 7-10 days evidence and crime scene has been compromised and washed out similar to #JusticeToSSR case. 9. Hon MiLords are seen busy attending TV News channels media conclaves, interviews and conference giving gyan like a politicians to nation and govt on wealth distribution,inequality in society,etc in past 1-2 decades. And of course they are also busy entertaining #PIL of Leftists lobbies and then constitute Constitution Bench for many such PIL. 10. Hon SC MiLords Judges we respect,love you and bow down before you but with regret stating as it is that nation and we the people of this great country Bharat ie. India 🇮🇳 have lost trust and faith in Judiciary. We the people are helplessly watching how 30 court rooms of Hon SC are occupied by 15-20 Senior councils most of are Law College batch mates of few of Hon MiLords. BTW these Lawyers are nominated only by Hon MiLords. Isn’t it amazing ? 👇
