Where is our society going when women (#WomenSafety) are unsafe in #Tamilnadu and #Kerala? Public spaces are becoming places of fear, where offenders act without consequences and victims are expected to stay quiet. Tamilnadu keeps reporting shocking numbers of sexual assault cases, while Kerala sees these incidents happening openly. Still, both so-called model governments present themselves as advocates for women’s safety. The difference between their claims and what is happening on the ground is growing, and women are the ones suffering.
