They also know that people think they’re dating and such ㅎㅎ 염병쿠스 is a combination between ‘염병‘ and ‘아미쿠스‘(Amicus). 염병 actually means ‘infectious disease’ but it also doubles as a curse word like saying ‘what the heck’ when people are being ridiculous or too much. The word then often being used as a reaction to couples being so lovey-dovey, overly affectionate. So the term 염병쿠스 is like “sickening-cus”, basically fans saying they’re being so disgustingly lovey-dovey (positive), sickeningly sweet with each other, rather than just ‘amicus’ which refers to ‘friend’.
