Today is #WorldChimpanzeeDay. This Is Why We Do What We Do! The touching moment when Wounda the Chimpanzee hugs Dr. Jane Goodall in thanks, as she says goodbye. Wounda was nursed back to health from near death by Dr. Goodall and her team. She was released onto their sanctuary islands after being successfully rehabilitated. This is what wildlife conservation is truly about. Fighting to save and protect those who can't fight for themselves. Being a voice for the voiceless.
