Under the #yehthikkarkedikhao movement, here’s a video from Kullu bus stand. Lakhs of tourists come here, and this is the first thing they see? Garbage piled up like a wall on the roadside. Green tax is taken in the name of tourism — if not for Kullu Manali, then where is it used? DC Kullu at least clean the place where tourists first arrive.
