"It's just Rorschach - no interrogation- you know, these are things that were, like, that was the movie. "Super clean Hollywood movie...It was updated to the War on Terror. All that stuff was real. At that time it wasn't exactly the War on Terror, it was just updated to modern time. That was the one note that I had been given. Saying like 'we love the script, we wish it was War on Terror rather than just a modern conflict'. "When I turned them back in a 1985, R-rated, long script...The studio did the opposite that you would think Hollywood would do."
