Because it’s like eating sugar coated sugar. Highly processed food, full of trans fat, high cholesterol, processed ingredients, high in sodium. If you’re craving it there are ways to make it healthier such as making your own salsa from scratch, no yeast, use veggies

could’ve of said, “nice, I love pizza too. However to meet your health goals and expectations we need to cut back on the pizza consumption as it’s heavy in carbs with the bread portion of the pizza. You can alter that so you still pizza in moderation, so let’s get started etc…

You could very easily fit a homemade pizza into a healthy diet. However, if your goal is weight loss, it would be challenging due to the amount of calories in a single slice. I also find pizza not to be very filling and could easily eat half a pie in a sitting.

Everyone in the comments is assuming you have to get your pizza from Papa Johns or something... You can make healthier pizza...
