Having grown up in New York, I've definitely had realtors show me these apts. Back in day day, you basically will get a room you can maybe fit a full size bed into, with a little kitchnette, no stove, and a bathroom, you share, down the hall, for $1500. Today, that's $2500-3k.

Y'all saw that crap & signed a lease. Y'all dumb af. First they turned a room into an apartment Y'all said ok, then they turned half a room into an apartment Y'all said ok then they turned a closet into an apartment & Y'all lined up to sign. New Yorkers created this Y'all dumb
