You be an active parent. You earn their trust. Allow them to voice their option in a conversation. Listen when they talk . Become their best friend with with respect . Be cool to their friends. If you don’t like someone, state facts in a calm constructive not bitchy way . When a child trusts a parent. They’ll tell you more than you’ll wanna know.(such as the video we watching above) being a cool parent doesn’t mean you allow them to have sex, drugs and alcohol. If they’ve experienced it, find out if they’re ok or if they need help . Freaking out is gonna chase them further away from you .
