Read the book “Caffine Blues” for a view opposite of what this video says. I quit coffee three months and 2 days ago and I feel better. I’d love to have a cup of coffee but after reading this book, I quit. In addition, it helps me to keep my blood pressure under control.

Not only that: Coffee insulates the liver from free radicals and is especially helpful at mitigating the harmful effects from alcohol. Two major studies have confirmed this…but doctors don’t like to talk about it.

I would say I love coffee but it definitely loses its effectiveness like all drugs and the rebound hunger about 1.5 hours later is pretty intense and can lead to over use of coffee or other stimulants or eating too many calories to “over correct” from the stimulant use. As an ex opioid addict you learn a lot about your body and what happens and when and I would say less caffeine and just learning to breath correct is most effective. Haha I say this as I’m going to go buy a cup of coffee lol 😂
