So why we need open mainnet and when it's the good time to open and can we make it faster? I think Yes! WE build up Pi public blockchain is like we are building a highway. When the highway complete, all drivers need this highway because it can bring them benefit. And the highway can charge them fees every time when they pass. Pi is similar like a highway. The drivers are outside eco and different organization. We all know Pi WEB 3.0 blockchain has great value. This will attract outside eco come. When they come, they don't have Pi to pledge to use our blockchain. So they need to use their FIAT to buy our Pi. However, if our inner community has difference on price, it's like the highway has been controlled by different groups. These groups charge different fees. It will confuse outside eco and make them hesitate to come. That's why I believe open mainnet need united price for outside eco. Of course united price can help inner eco develop grow fast too. There are two options regarding price: 1. Let the pioneers and merchants slowly reach the agreement and we do nothing . This is let it go naturally. I do know some pioneers advocate this way. But I am sure it will take long journey because more than 45 million pioneers or maybe will never reach agreement. They will use from $0.01 to 1 million $ different price. 2. Our pioneers community advocate GCV because it has been accepted by a lot pioneers and merchants already. If all pioneers can understand this GCV price logic and if they hold Pi, they will support it. The reason is so simple. It relate to their self interest. This can be done very fast if we all united together. Another reason is based on a business accounting system. All business has tax reporting system even crypto currency. From 2019, USA IRS has the tax regulation on individual crypto currency capital gain. Currently most merchants are pioneers, they use their individual Pi Wallet. I see recently there is developer/merchant business wallet come out. Then they should use business Pi wallet. So it's easier for them to track crypto business profit and loss. As an accountant I know all capital gain or loss are calculated by using USD in USA. So accountant need a unified price. If not, the company will hesitate to join Pi eco system. Based the above reason, i call on Pi Community to support GCV price so that eco can satisfied prosperous condition to open mainnet. As for KYC and migration, the technology part has been mature or almost mature. And we believe CT and all pioneers can follow very fast. During close mainnet all merchants should do barter according to your availability. Please don't put all your products now! Close mainnet period is for cultivate the Pi Payment environment! If you have inventory and small items, you can put maybe 10% or less of your products to barter. All business owners should realize before opening mainnet there is risk of loss. Why many Chinese merchant do it? Because they are pioneers too ! They want to realize Pi GCV price so they do it volunteering to use inventory and small items with limit supply. Therefore it won't have much risk. And if open mainnet can reach GCV, they will not incur loss. So please all merchants do it wisely. Close mainnet small items and use inventory. Of course if you want to put big items, this is your choice and pioneers will be appreciated. But my suggestion is to be Rationalism. If everyone can do a little, it will create big influence. As a pioneer close mainnet it's not a time to get profit for yourself. So please don't expect cross border or big items because merchant has business risk. I see some cross border barter incur which is based on individual merchant. When open mainnet, you can realize all of it. But now it's time to help GCV price as a trend from my opinion. The first smartphone I plan to buy in 2026 is the Honor Magic 8 Pro Air. There’s only one reason: despite being absurdly thin and light, it delivers truly uncompromised flagship-level hardware. The Honor Magic 8 Pro Air measures just 6.1 mm in thickness and weighs only 155 g, yet it packs a 5,500 mAh battery. This combination alone is extremely rare. It doesn’t sacrifice experience for thinness. Instead, it force-fits everything a flagship should have into an Air-class body. The camera system is where this phone becomes genuinely outrageous. The main camera features a 50 MP sensor with a 1/1.3-inch large sensor, an f/1.6 aperture, and a 23 mm equivalent focal length, along with OIS optical image stabilization. Through pixel binning, it delivers a 2.4 μm effective pixel size, which is squarely in Pro-grade territory. The ultra-wide camera is also 50 MP, with an f/2.2 aperture, a 16 mm equivalent focal length, and a 112° field of view. It even supports 2.5 cm high-resolution macro photography, making it far from a throwaway lens. For telephoto, the Magic 8 Pro Air uses a 64 MP periscope camera with 3.2× optical zoom, an f/2.6 aperture, and a 74 mm equivalent focal length, once again with OIS. It supports up to 100× digital zoom. In addition, the camera system includes a color temperature sensor and a flicker sensor, completing a full flagship-level imaging setup. The moisture question always comes up when I post pics of my indoor pools on my new builds. Step by step below on how I control it. We create a room where moisture can’t escape into other areas of the home while also having a mechanical system in place to pull the moisture out of the air so mildew/mold don’t ever develop in the pool room itself. In the STR space, investors are trying to stand out. Pools rent. Indoor pools rent even better. You can swim in the winter or summer. 1) Pool is always built on lowest floor inside (generally basement structure) 2) Concrete block wall for basement with very little wood frame 3) Densglass (kind of like a moisture resistant drywall) attached to concrete block 4) Special stucco just like you see on exterior of homes sprayed onto Densglass. The stucco is dyed to color of my choice. 5) Industrial grade dehumidifier (I use Santa Fe or Watchdog Brand). The humidity pulled from air is pumped back into the pool system near the mechanical room or outside. 6) Mini split for the pool room. Main floor HVAC covers the sleeping rooms, bathroom of basement and is always separated from pool room. You don’t want chlorinated air running through a main HVAC system. I look at having to replace the minisplit & dehumidifier about every 4 to 5 yrs because of the chlorinated air that goes through them. 7) Exhaust Fan leading to exterior which also pulls humid air out of the room as a supplemental support for the dehumidifier. When overhead lights are turned on, we have it so the exhaust fan kicks on as well. That’s it. We create a “bubble”, where no moisture gets into the other areas of home and the humid air gets pulled from the pool room.

So here’s everything you need to know about ELAC. The ELAC System in the Airbus A320: The Brains Behind Pitch and Roll Control At the heart of the sophisticated fly-by-wire flight control system of the Airbus A320 lies the ELAC (Elevator Aileron Computer). This crucial component acts as one of the primary computational units that translate pilot commands into precise movements of the aircraft’s fundamental control surfaces: the elevators and the ailerons. ELAC plays a pivotal role in ensuring the aircraft’s stability and enabling smooth, safe, and efficient flight. What is ELAC? ELAC stands for Elevator Aileron Computer. On the A320, there are two main ELAC computers—ELAC 1 and ELAC 2—which operate together as essential elements of the aircraft’s fly-by-wire architecture. This system relies on electrical signals, rather than traditional mechanical cables, to transmit control inputs from the cockpit to the flight control surfaces. Key Functions of the ELAC System: Elevator Control: The elevators are control surfaces located on the horizontal tailplane of the aircraft. They govern movement around the lateral axis (pitch), determining whether the aircraft ascends or descends. ELAC receives signals from the pilot’s sidestick and translates them into precise commands to move the elevators, achieving the desired pitch attitude. Aileron Control: Ailerons are control surfaces situated on the trailing edge of the wings. They manage movement around the longitudinal axis (roll), controlling the aircraft’s banking to the left or right. The ELAC processes pilot inputs and moves the ailerons to achieve the intended bank angle. Implementing Flight Control Laws: One of ELAC’s most critical responsibilities is enforcing the pre-programmed flight control laws embedded within the Airbus computers. These laws ensure the aircraft responds to pilot commands in a calculated and safe manner, providing protection against maneuvers that could exceed operational limits (such as overspeed or critical angles of attack). Fault Monitoring and Redundancy: The ELAC system includes a high degree of redundancy to ensure safety. If one ELAC computer malfunctions, the other can seamlessly take over. ELAC also continuously monitors the performance of control surfaces and associated systems, issuing warnings to the crew if any anomalies are detected. ELAC 1 and ELAC 2: Distribution and Responsibility ELAC 1: Primarily controls the ailerons and certain elevator functions, especially those relying on the blue hydraulic system.
