1/ Hermes can now launch Cua Spaces. When a task needs a computer, Hermes creates a Space on your Mac, Windows PC or Linux box, does the work there, and deletes it when it's done. You and your team can jump into the same Space while it works.

Your Computer Can Earn Too. Your computer spends hours every day connected to the internet. Even when you're not using it. UpRock puts that time to work. Keep the desktop app running and your computer can contribute available resources to the UpRock network — and earn UPT while it does. No extra hardware. No complicated setup. Just the computer you already use. macOS Windows Linux You use it. UpRock uses the idle time. You earn.

HERMES AGENT NOW SUPPORTS COMPUTER USE ON WINDOWS AND LINUX. CLICKS, TYPES, SCROLLS YOUR DESKTOP IN THE BACKGROUND WHILE YOU WORK. computer use was macOS only. now it works on Windows and Linux too via Cua. Nous Research HOW IT WORKS: cua-driver runs as an MCP server. Hermes takes a screenshot with numbered elements. clicks element #14 (the search field). types a query. submits. reads the result. during all of this: → your cursor stays where you left it → keyboard focus doesn't change → windows don't come to front → macOS doesn't switch Spaces you and the agent co-work on the same machine. WHAT IT CAN DO: → find your latest Stripe email and summarize it → fill forms in a web app that has no API → navigate desktop apps (Mail, browser, Finder) → interact with any GUI application → extract data from apps only accessible via screen WORKS WITH ANY VISION MODEL: not locked to Anthropic. | Provider | Works | |---|---| | Claude (Sonnet/Opus) | best overall | | GPT-4+, GPT-5.5 | full support | | Gemini (via OpenRouter) | full support | | Local vLLM / LM Studio | if model supports vision | | Text-only models | degraded (accessibility tree only) | SETUP: hermes computer-use install or: hermes tools → Computer Use → cua-driver grant permissions when prompted: → Accessibility (system settings) → Screen Recording (system settings) start a session: hermes -t computer_use chat or add to config.yaml / Desktop app settings to enable permanently. SAFETY: → destructive actions require your approval → blocked key combos: empty trash, force delete, lock screen, log out → blocked type patterns: curl | bash, sudo rm -rf /, fork bombs → agent cannot click permission dialogs → agent cannot type passwords → agent cannot follow instructions embedded in screenshots pair with approvals.mode: manual if you want every single click confirmed. TOKEN NOTE: screenshots are expensive. each one adds vision tokens to context. use computer_use for tasks where no API exists. if the tool has an API or MCP server, use that instead. 15 levels of Hermes Agent👇

You can now watch your agents work live as Hermes Desktop streams the screen of any bot's screen or session in real time. Watch it drive a browser, type into a terminal, or open a window. Take over anytime to interact with the Bot Screen or type credentials and seamlessly hand back off when you're done.

Since subscribers can now use their existing Grok credentials directly within the Hermes xai shipped grok-via-oauth for hermes. your grok sub works inside the agent now. so i hooked icarus up to it. when hermes finds a thread worth saving, it lands in my obsidian vault as a note. handle. pages, topic pages, backlinks. graph view fills itself out. icarus plugin for hermes agents is why my agent doesn't forget. memory is just markdown in a folder. you can read it, grep it, edit it. Congrats to Teknium 🪽 and Nous Research

Built a Omarchy Linux plugin for Grok Bot status now it supports Linux. It's consistent with your bot colours/shapes and has the cute animations when you open it or when the bots start lining up on your panel waiting for you!

1/ Introducing the Cua Spaces SDK. Every big lab now ships a bot with its own computer: Grok Bot, Muse, dots. None let you bring your own. With Cua Spaces, now you can. Put Claude Code, Codex or any agent on compute you choose, and run jobs across all your computers at once.

I built a 1-click deploy for Hermes Agent No terminal, no Docker, no API keys. In one click it: → Spins up a dedicated cloud container → Configures Hermes with persistent memory & 70+ skills → Connects it to your Telegram bot → Goes live in under 60 seconds Your own AI agent that learns, creates skills, and gets smarter the longer it runs. Reply "HERMES" + RT and I'll send you the link (must be following so I can DM)

Memory in AI Agent Harness. LLMs are stateless, so every bit of memory in an AI agent is something the harness saves to disk and loads back in when it needs it. most good agent harnesses split that memory into a few layers, let's look at each one of them: • context: what the model can see in the current session. when it gets close to full, the harness summarizes the older messages to make room. • notes: a progress file the agent keeps updating while it works, so if a session ends halfway the next one can read it and continue from there. • semantic: facts about you, your team and your project, like your preferences or which repo you work in. Hermes keeps these in MEMORY.md and USER.md. • procedural: how to do a specific job. when the agent figures out something hard, it writes it down as a skill and uses that skill the next time. • episodic: a log of every past session that the agent can search when it needs to remember what happened before. First two only last as long as the session or the task. Other three are persistent, so they're still there the next time you start the agent. save this for the next time someone asks how agents remember. follow Shubham Saboo for more on Agent Harness.

Not every task needs the same model. A quick summary doesn't need the same horsepower as a deep research question — and it shouldn't cost the same either. Now, you can now easily compare models for your Custom Agent on speed, intelligence, and cost 🫡

I still think Hermes agent is the most slept-on AI tool of 2026. For literally $6/mo, you can launch multiple subagents that work for you 24/7. Most people don't know you can do this, but it's a complete game-changer. Instead of one Hermes assistant doing everything sequentially, you run specialized agents in parallel, each with its own job, its own context, and its own memory. Practical example: → Research agent: scans your watchlist and competitors overnight, delivers a morning brief → Content agent: drafts and schedules your posts based on what's trending in your niche → Ops agent: manages your inbox, flags anything urgent, drafts replies for your review All three can run simultaneously and improve over time. How to start: 1. Install Hermes Terminal command: curl -fsSL | bash (can also download desktop) 2. Prompting Simply tell Hermes directly: "I want to run separate subagents for [task 1], [task 2], and [task 3]. Set them up to run independently and report back to me." For the cheapest setup, you can use a $4/month VPS with Hostinger, plug in DeepSeek V4 Flash as your default model. There isn't another AI tool with this much value in 2026. Hermes is still so underrated.

imagine a personal agent that controls your mac from anywhere. chat with it on iOS, web, text, even email. it takes action on your computer. and it has a computer of its own – a cloud server, where you can host, automate, and do all kinds of work. coming soon on Zo Computer

Hermes Agent now has access to hundreds of browser skills through Browserbase’s new hub, so agents can more reliably perform any task on the internet. You can try a skill from their catalog or contribute your own.

You stay in control always. ↳ You can message it from anywhere ↳ Has 31 tools built in ↳ Protects your AI credits One command to install: npx @cosmicstack/mercury-agent 100% OpenSource. Works on Mac, Windows, and Linux.

I kept getting distracting while vibe coding… so I made a notch for Claude Code It updates the status, pings you when you need to answer a question and notifies you when the task is done When it detects claude is working it also prevents my macbook from going to sleep I can walk away from my macbook. Or watching a youtube video. And I'll get an alert when it's done.
