Creating a list prior to bed allows you to sleep and ruminate on it. Studies have shown that people get better sleep when they anticipate great things the following day.

Damn.. 9. And I'm over here listening to gurus who say knock out 1-3. They gotta level up their game to keep up with Matt.

I have my check list I follow most mornings. It's definately a life hack. By 9am I have done 90 minutes exercise, and 2 complex task for 2 hours. Overtime things get done just by focusing on the checklist and not the goals.
