3/ Why does transferability matter? Expanded Functionality – Enables token holders to transfer freely Decentralization – Expands participation in the ecosystem Network Growth – Increases staking & engagement Trust & Stability – Indicates the ecosystem is ready to level up

4/ The 5 Key Milestones for Transferability For WCT to become transferable, the network must achieve the following: 🔹 16 certified wallets – Strengthening ecosystem security 🔹 100M WCT staked – Committing to network longevity 🔹 16 node operators onboarded – Progress with decentralization 🔹 12 weeks of staking – Proving network stability 🔜 Open-sourcing key components – Increasing transparency

5/ This isn’t just a switch we flip Even after meeting all milestones, transferability won’t be automatically activated A final governance decision will be made to confirm the ecosystem is fully prepared before unlocking transferability for WCT

6/ Who can vote? 🔹 Voting power is based on amount staked + staking period 🔹 Any amount staked above 0 WCT qualifies, minimum staking duration is one week The longer you stake and the more WCT you lock, the higher your stake weight and voting power Very small amounts may display as ≈0 in Snapshot but will still count for voting Start staking ⤵️
