59 years ago today Jacob Rubenstein died in the hospital of a “pulmonary embolism” following the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald. When visited by his rabbi in jail, Rubenstein admitted that he was not motivated by American patriotism, but rather he killed Oswald “for the Jewish people”. Conspiracy theorists will tell you Rubenstein was silenced to prevent him from revealing more about the JFK assassination.
