Gage park has a student population of 350 kids, 106 of them are STLS (homeless program), 180 kids have IEPs (these are kids with some sort of special need), social worker has a load of 40+ students. School accepted 30+ migrants who don't know any English. Of course they test low.

“Based on academic performance.” That doesn’t mean the schools themselves are bad. It usually means the student population comes with a lot of problems.
