It’s not a cracked or pirated copy of windows lmao. You just use Rufus to bypass system requirements and windows 11 will work just fine on older hardware. A 2nd gen i5 handles windows 11 just fine.

It’s definitely a scam build. But the biggest scam is Windows closing the door to entire series of CPUs that can run it. Intel 5930k doing 5ghz is more than capable of running Windows 11 but it’s shut out from doing so. That series is better than 90% of mid range cpu

You could make it highly usable if you just spent $300 on a ryzen 5xxx(heatsink and fan included) 32gb ddr4 and mobo. Easy sell for $1000. Offer him $300. You’re paying for the card and spending an hour upgrading for 300-400 profit. That’s your job.
