They might announce it, but the hostilities flared up again, which means ships will not pass the strait and hence will not pay. IMO, the strait will most likely be closed and none will pass through, hence no tolls. Just look at the Bulk Carrier Luni sunken near the strait of Hormuz today. No captain will risk that.
