Shooting on people performing certain animations will give you 100% Hit Rejection, the reason why I get hit rejected here is because Ela threw her ela mine before I peeked and shot her. Animations seem to break the hit reg.

The reason I get hit rejected here is because of the Dokka animation ( Phone Call )

The reason I get hit rejected here is because of Nomad placing her Nomad right before I shoot her

The reason I get hit rejected here is because RAM threw a smoke grenade right before the engagement

The reason I get hit rejected here is because RAM threw her RAM gadget right before I engage her

The reason I get hit rejected here is because I vaulted the window before the engagement, resulting in broken hit reg ( and maybe finka used her finka boost )

The reason I get hit rejected here is because Aruni placed her gate before the engagement

The reason I get hit rejected here is because Nomad placed a trap before the engagement, breaking the hit reg

Happens on gadgets too depending on the gadget

it used to happen 100% of the time when rappelling in/vaulting and they "fixed" it, but it happens to EVERY ANIMATION. Not just Rappelling in. ( The r6fix I submitted months ago )

My guess as to why the hit reg gets broken is that the server thinks the arms are still in front of the head from the animation not finishing properly. Which means when you shoot the head and it doesn't go through the arms, it rejects the shot, or something similar.

Or that the head/arms that you are shooting at are not where they are in your screen because of the animation

Funny part is that I included in my r6fix 8 months ago that it probably works with many other animations. I am guessing Ubisoft never investigated these other animations. The reason it took me 8 months to figure out is because I have no dev tools available to test this.

And the entirety of the siege community is "against me" on the subject for some extremely weird reason, it's like it's super unrealistic for the game to be broken in their head. Absolutely crazy behavior. Sadly the devs marked the thread as "fixed" and it is far from fixed.

If I was a dev what I would do to investigate this issue : *This has to be in a dedicated server* Have a couple dev testers go in a custom game in a dev build. Infinite HP. Infinite Ammo. Infinite Gadget. Constantly shoot at each others while performing animations.
