This is the adoption that counts. A thousand people who don’t write services, shipping their own agents and workflows. Google Skills is the classroom. The bottleneck after class is still the desk — one place to run the thing without becoming an engineer. Gemini already sits in @AgentOS_Tech as External Intelligence. Same idea: the model can be Google. The workspace shouldn’t require a ticket to platform. @Rei_muzan

100+ non-engineers building agents > 5 VCs pitching "full-stack AI" wrappers. the future isn't a pitch deck, it's just people doing their jobs but faster.

Scaling agents across a company is powerful, but it also multiplies the risk of fragmented and outdated context. Bottom-up AI needs a trusted, traceable knowledge layer behind every workflow.

this is the part of AI adoption i think gets overlooked🧐 when people outside engineering start building their own workflows and agents, you get a lot more experimentation happening inside the company

The employee count is the easy metric to publish. The harder one: who reviews an agent a year from now, and who owns it? Non-engineers ship fast when a platform enforces guardrails by default -- the gap surfaces later, in the automations nobody remembers building.

maintenance overhead on non-engineer generated automations usually lands right back on IT

The interesting follow-up is how many of these workflows stay useful after their creator changes teams. Named owners, shared documentation and a lightweight review process can preserve the learning.

Great initiative, empowering non-technical employees to build their own AI tools is truly the future of work that every organization needs to prepare for. And all this automation and these new tools generate files and documents that need organizing. Mostend is a 100% Saudi system that helps you manage these outputs smartly, away from the clutter of scattered systems.

Curious how Wayfair handled the permissions side. I build this stuff from the marketing department and the tooling was never what slowed me down, it was waiting on read access to the warehouse.

bottom-up agent adoption is the easy half. once 1,000 people can automate work, every workflow needs an owner, scoped permissions, and an execution ledger. otherwise the org scales autonomy faster than accountability.
