so um i forgot how strong jongho actually is… he squats 100kg or 220 lbs(‘22) he can bench 80kg or 176 lbs(‘22) he had a punch score of 129kg or 284 lbs of force, the average is like 214🫩 his grip strength 49.1 kg or 108 lbs. wtf do I do with that info??
