One of the best decisions I’ve made is getting back in the gym. I lifted for 14 years: from the time I was 14 until 28. When my daughter died, I spent the next 10 years drinking, eating & numbing myself. Two years ago, I made the commitment to get back in shape. Now, instead of spending my Friday night drinking whiskey until I pass out, I’m spending it lifting with my 16-year-old. The point is - go lift. It’s never too late. And it makes life better. Life won’t get better until YOU make it better

This is one of the nicest things about China: whatever happens to you, you can always count on people's solidarity. This is what just happened to us. We wanted to park our RV right next to Hulun lake for the night but stupidly managed to get it stuck in the sand. Impossible to drive out anymore 😓 Immediately, and I mean immediately, people around us started to pitch in to help. Luckily it so happened that a group of ex-PLA soldiers were having a get-together barbecue 100 meters away from us. They got told about our issue, stopped their barbecue and came to help. They told us "don't worry, no matter what we'll get you out, it's just a matter of time". Before we know it, one of the guys takes the wheel of the RV and the others start pushing. In 5 minutes, job done! RV unstuck and the guys get back to their barbecue. The Chinese are often depicted as cold and distant but my consistent experience is that they're one of the kindest people in the world, always ready to help a fellow human in need!

People have spent months complaining about Keir Starmer. They've complained about immigration. They've complained about the economy. They've complained about taxes. They've complained about the direction this country is heading. And now we're being told who the next Prime Minister is going to be. Not asked. Told. Am I the only one who thinks that's insane? Millions of people are struggling. Millions of people are unhappy with the state of the country. Yet when it comes to deciding who leads it next, they don't get a say. Instead, politicians make the decision behind closed doors and the public is expected to just accept it. If people are unhappy enough to force one Prime Minister out, surely they should have a say in who replaces him. Otherwise, what's the point? We keep hearing about democracy, yet ordinary people are expected to sit quietly while one leader is swapped for another and nothing fundamentally changes. And if we keep accepting it, why would they stop? Why would they listen? Why would anything improve? We'll just keep moving from one disappointment to the next while being told this time will be different. At some point, people need to stop accepting whatever they're given and start demanding a voice in the decisions that affect their lives. Because if nobody speaks up, don't be surprised when the same thing keeps happening over and over again. So here I am, speaking out. Now it's your turn. Because if you don't make sure you're heard, nothing changes. Politicians won't suddenly wake up tomorrow and start listening. They'll keep doing exactly what they've been doing for years. And we'll keep getting exactly what we've been getting for years. More disappointment. More excuses.More of the same. Britain deserves better. We deserve better. It's time to demand it.

“Perfect WWE Superstars” No lies told. Is it overkill posting at this point? Yes of course but my whole schtick is overkill. And I had to make my point… Even though I’m known for having a silly goose time, every day is a frustration. Constantly trying to figure out “whats next” and what else I can do. People every day asking “why aren’t you signed?”. It’s all in good faith, but it makes you feel like a failure. You live in your own head, CONSTANTLY. I don’t recommend it. It doesn’t allow you to live in the present. But seeing stuff like this? From a guy I have the utmost respect for? This makes it all worth it. To be mentioned by Matt Cardona , along with my pal Richard Holliday , really makes me sit back and appreciate this circus that we choose to be apart of. Never thought I’d say it, but we are got dam TOP GUYS. 😃👍🏻

And so it seems it’s already December. Actually, the reason I’m leaving a message here today is because Yeontanie recently left us to go on a long journey to puppyland in the clouds. I pondered a lot about how to say this, but it felt right to share it with all our ARMYs, who have always sent him so much love. I am living in the most shockingly miraculous season of my life. Every prayer I lift is answered the next day. I have a very sick friend I have prayed for without ceasing. In one particularly bleak moment, when I knew she needed comfort more than anything, I dropped to my knees. I asked God to let her see her father, who had already gone home, so she could feel him near. The next day she told me that both she and her nurse saw him sitting in his chair in the room. I never told her I had prayed for that. When I finally did, she was stunned. After two months in the hospital, broken into pieces, I sat buried under thousands of dollars in bills. My insurance had been cancelled over a mistake I knew nothing about. I have since fixed it. At the time, the entire weight fell on me. Those bills drained me dry. This year I have struggled more than I have in twenty years. Every time I needed just a little extra, I prayed. And every single time, something fell out of the sky in the wildest ways. This week I needed $1,000 to finally be free of every hospital bill and completely caught up. I prayed. Then the money began to arrive: payments through X (fickle at best), money from my articles, an unexpected check from Grandpa “just because,” documentary funds, and new work for radio commercials. Together it was more than I needed. For years I lived in a season of waiting. Every sign I asked for came back the same: “Trust My timing. You are in a season of patience.” The Lord held me together through every trial. I know that. But I sat in stagnation on every front. Now? Every sign points to this: “When the time is right, I the Lord will make it happen.” And it is happening. New opportunities. New love. Every debt settled. New friends I already care for deeply. Happiness. If you walk away from this post with only one thing, let it be this: If God is making you wait, there is a reason. When He decides to move, it does not trickle. It crashes over you in a wave. Roads open that you never dreamed existed. Be patient. Stay in faith. It will happen for you too.

Bodybuilders grow on high reps because they take gear. It's got nothing to do with the high reps. Anabolics allow you to put on muscle through a pathway separate to training. You can train with as much junk volume as you want, go nowhere near failure, and you'll still pack muscle. You could cancel your gym membership, spend the next few months crashing on the couch, and you'll still build muscle. Now imagine you're also a genetic anomaly, an elite responder to those anabolics. Imagine you then build a stack that could bring down a horse. That's how we get pro bodybuilders. People who often spout the most ridiculous training advice because they don't know any better. The feedback loop is broken. They can spend all their time on meaningless junk volume, pay zero heed to fatigue, and they'll still look like freaks. Now let's say you're a natty who's blindly following the gospel set down by high volume bodybuilders. Year after year, you make minimal progress. Rather than shrugging your shoulders and assuming you've reached your genetic potential, it might be worth wondering whether it's a smart strategy to copy the programme of people who'd be getting jacked while binging Netflix.

I remember about a year ago when I first started speaking out about what is happening to our country. I had a British born Muslim in my inbox threatening to “cut my head off like Lee Rigby”. Saying the usual things I often see them say: “We have infiltrated every level of your society from law, education to politics”. “I was born here and we’re going nowhere”. “This is our country now”. “Where are your big hard football hooligans now?” I can remember feeling truly defeated because I knew he was right. I knew how many were born here who hate us that were stuck with and many more are coming. He knew it and I knew it too. But it makes me proud to see that people are fighting back. I would love to see his thoughts on all of this now 😂 I know many more think like him too and they will be absolutely raging. They thought we were easy. They mistook our niceness for weakness and thought we would stay silent for ever. Our people conquered the world. Never underestimate the spirit of the British people. They could never conquer us. The only reason they have come close is because our government allowed them here and spoon fed them. So if we have to take on the government too then it must me done 🇬🇧
