That is exactly the point of multilateralism: not to pretend the difficulties of our world are not there, but to address them together. That is not automatic. It is a choice. A choice to prioritise health. A choice to recognise that no country can address today’s health challenges alone. The Liberals have completely lost control our immigration system. When Iranian regime-linked officials can enter Canada under false identities and remain here for an entire decade, that is not a paperwork error. It is a damning indictment of how badly Mark Carney’s Liberals have failed to keep control of the system. Canadians deserve an immigration system that keeps dangerous people out and puts public safety ahead of Liberal excuses.
