On Aug. 2, a large building in northwest Portland was destroyed in a huge fire that sent smoke across the city. Nearly 90 firefighters had to respond. The long-empty building was going to finally be redeveloped for housing and commercial use. The building is owned by Stuart Lindquist, the same man who has been regularly threatened with violence for owning the building that DHS rents for ICE in Portland.
