Why it worked: 1. This Spidey clip was well-received, so I built on it 2. Fewer people were animating images 3. Known characters + silly selfies = novelty 4. Gained visibility in a big account’s “Share your art” post Takeaway: If content resonates, amplify and adapt it

Video Generation All images were animated using @RunwayML’s image to video generator. Gen2 excels with closeup shots. And head-on, single subjects distort less often. Quick tips to prevent morphing: - Motion: 2-6 - Crop out hands - Ensure good lighting
