I tried Motorstorm on RPCS3 and can confirm it is playable. However, terrain deformation is extremely taxing on the GPU so I can't have 60 FPS at 1440p on my RTX 3070. You will have to either drop the resolution or lock the framerate to its original 30 FPS cap.
