Hmmm his walk and some of his mannerisms are definitely the same including when he kind of hunches over as he looks down. Plus height and general build and facial hair all the same. This is the closest I’ve seen of these ring wackadoos.

He looked like he was checking out the security system and he may have paused when the security light came on to gauge the reaction of the homeowner. Or...he could've been really wasted...Any1 know roughly where this was at in the Tucson area?
