She jumped into a black SUV with Robert Hill, who sped off, hitting two police squads and a parked car to escape. The chase reached nearly 90 mph, with the SUV driving into oncoming traffic for over a mile-and-a-half with four flat tires. The vehicle crashed into a construction zone near Port Washington and Hampton, and Gallion, Hill, and Velicity McBride were arrested after trying to flee on foot.
