What led to the failure. Electrical structures are poorly designed. It's mostlikely soil settlement leading to overstressing and structure failure. It's not heavy rain fall or wind the cause. Has wind speed crossed 140kmph the bare minimum?

Incompetent engineers, improper design, inadequate quality control, corrupt babus, even more corrupt contractors is the root cause. They all mint money by rebuilding the same structure that's bound to fail again next season.
