@BrownellsInc Have you ever shot a 7-7.5" 5.56? A 10–10.5" is about as short as one should want a 5.56 IMO. No harm meant. 7.7" is pretty pointless. They're super gassy and a suppressor makes it worse. Velocity is trash, and you give up a lot of the performance that makes 5.56 worth using.
